TechTeam Global, Inc. Renews Contract with Boscobel
PR Firm Takes on International Support for Global IT Outsourcing Provider
Aug•7Boscobel Marketing Communications, Inc. announced today that it has renewed its partnership agreement with TechTeam Global, Inc., a worldwide provider of information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing services. With this renewal, Boscobel will continue to provide advisor relations, trade show and conference support, and media relations services to the company.
In 2006, TechTeam Global's subsidiary, TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., partnered with Boscobel to introduce the company and its capabilities to the public sector and government information technology (IT) communities. As a result of that successful campaign, Boscobel was brought on to support TechTeam's commercial business in the U.S. Now, as part of the 2009 contract renewal, Boscobel will support TechTeam's marketing and communication globally.
According to Chris Donohue, TechTeam Global's vice president of strategy and marketing, Boscobel's understanding of TechTeam's business and the agency's strong track record were the chief factors in deciding to continue and to expand the partnership.
"Boscobel has a clear understanding of how to support TechTeam's global business objectives through successful media relations and specialized communications programs," Donohue said.
"We are truly excited about this next stage of our relationship with TechTeam Global," said Joyce Bosc, president and chief executive officer of Boscobel. "TechTeam offers a service that allows organizations to be more responsive and cost-effective. In this economic climate, that's a huge benefit. We look forward to sharing its story with a broader audience."
