Jocelyn Perez
Accounting

Jocelyn has learned much about accounting since she has been with Boscobel. She is referred to as a wonder woman, due to her vast multitasking and juggling skills. She is extremely dependable, hardworking and definitely a self-starter. Her skills lie in accounting, but her major at the University of Maryland was in communications. So, she makes it easy for us all to understand “accountant speak.”
She began her interest in accounting at Embassy Mortgage, Inc., in Silver Spring, where she sharpened her detail-oriented thinking. She has always enjoyed handling Other People’s Money (OPM), especially on the nights working at the University Book Center or at Mustard Seed in Bethesda, where she worked as a supervisor maintaining and operating the registers for customer purchases and returns.
Jocelyn helps in many areas at Boscobel. She works on developing and maintaining day to day employee and client records, as well as the all critical time sheets! She drafts invoices and helps to keep the staff on par where contracts are concerned and the staff adores her because she provides them with their paychecks. She truly acts as the backbone on all of Boscobel’s accounts and does so with ease and a smile.
