Ellyn McKay
Human Resources/OD Strategist

With 25+ years of experience in organizational development (OD) and all phases of the human resources (HR) life cycle, Ellyn McKay assists corporate executives and entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals by using concrete tools and processes that result in top-performing teams. During times of organizational change, she assists organizations in developing their “people framework” to propel them closer to their desired outcomes.
Ellyn spent approximately six years with the McDonald’s Corporation’s office of Human Resources during a time of significant growth. Collaborating closely with the operations team, she managed all human resources functions for approximately 2,000 employees, including employee and labor/EEO relations, compensation, diversity training/implementation, and crisis management. She continues to work with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations that are poised for significant change and/or growth.
